Bermandsey

A district in London South of the Thames, it had been the location of a spa before it was swallowed up and digested by the creeping London metropolis. Known for the production of leather (and all the wonderful smells that entails), Bermandsey has roared into the Industrial Age drawing more people into its crammed slums dragging the standard of living down even further. Bermandsey is a district of London that is gorging on the new age of machine it is just a shame most of it’s people don’t get fat off of it. It is the residence of a man named Samuel Bashcroft and his strange bookstore, Bashcroft Books & Bindings.
