Templar

Abruptly arrested and convicted by the Catholic church in 1307, they were thrown in jail and their lands and possessions seized by Church and King. Initially thought to have been eradicated, the name has entered into our tale in several ways:

  1. Mearcair found a Templar Bible in the study of Lord Wadsworth Kenslington.
  2. Mentioned in the letter recovered from impressions on paper in Lord Matthew Lancastor’s office.
